Specialized Sequoia 90’s

Fully rebuild Specialized Sequoia frame in Chromo Tubing, so still ready for lots of fun and safe riding.

The original bike was 100% disassembled, so we can have a clean and checked frame. New headset was installed, as well as a Shimano Bottom Bracket and the original Sakae stem and Specialized handlebars, which provides a very comfortable riding position.

Both wheels were fully greased and trued and equipped with Continental Grand Prix 4 Season tires in 700x32c.

Drivetrain is a full Shimano Alivio 3x8 from the 2000, plus a Deore rear derailleur shifting strongly and smooth.

Brakes are the original Shimano Cantilever with XLC pads.

It is definitely a reliable set up. Even though we didn’t want to go super fancy, we made sure the ride is safe, functional and durable.

It includes carrier and mudguards. They were not installed when taking the pictures.
